Our mission is to clean your windows as if they were our own, delighting you with our service.

Crystal Clear Window Cleaning is owned and managed by second generation window cleaners. It’s in our blood.  We use the latest technology to bring you environmentally friendly and efficient residential and commercial window cleaning services.

The people behind Crystal Clear are Richard Miller and Shaun Taylor.

We operate throughout Flint, North Wales and Cheshire using our own fully insured, CRB checked and qualified staff. Each member of our team is fully conversant with safe working practices and current legislation and trusted to deal with clients courteously.

Of course we use the latest ladder-less technology. Our wash and pole system isn’t just safe and efficient but its purification technology is environmentally friendly.   Operating in a green way matters to us because it increasingly matters to our clients. It also enables us to pass savings on to our clients because we can work more efficiently.

Whether you are a residential or commercial customer, you probably realise all window cleaners are not the same. Work ethic, attention to detail and reliability are the principles upon which we have built a loyal customer base. But don’t just take our word for it.

How do we deliver a service that’s second to none?

As you’d expect we don’t subcontract any work to third parties.  With window cleaning companies the ‘head honchos’ can often be seen to be removed from the business.  We don’t believe in endless customer satisfaction surveys. It’s well known if you ask often enough you usually end up with the answer you’re looking for! All clients have a named contact – usually one of the directors, as part of our ‘open door’ policy. We find clients aren’t always able to sign off work on the day, particularly residential clients, so giving clients the option to contact the owners of the business or a senior manager works well for both parties.
